Join us for this in-depth, two-hour long demonstration in our state of the art Sub-Zero & Wolf Living Kitchen Knightsbridge, where you will discover how to get the very best from your Wolf Convection Steam oven.

Find out which cooking modes are most suitable for different types of cooking and understand the differences between them. Learn about Wolf's automatic Gourmet mode, along with use of the temperature probe and additional settings such as 'keep warm' and 're-heat'.

You will be served a delicious lunch which will demonstrate the versatility of combination steam cooking, whilst having the chance to ask questions to Sub-Zero & Wolf’s resident Chef Bruce.

Sub-Zero & Wolf Installation Training

Find out all you need to know to competently install the full range of Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances. Join Field Service Manager, Gary Jones for this course which covers all aspects of installation. Please note that some hands on experience with the product is a prerequisite to attending this course. Course bookings will be on a first come first served basis, with a maximum of 12 candidates per course.

Although there is no charge to attend, please note that a failure to attend a booked course will be charged at £100 per candidate.

Award-winning South African chef Bruce Cole, currently based at River Cottage, joins the Sub-Zero & Wolf team to demonstrate why so many top chefs insist on Sub-Zero & Wolf in their kitchens and how you can gain the best from these luxury, iconic appliances. Formally trained in South Africa under Walter Uls, in one of South Africa’s longest standing restaurants, Linger Longer, Bruce is passionate about sourcing local produce.

Bruce will create a mouth watering menu, using Wolf appliances, including the Dual Fuel Range with Griddle and Charbroiler, plus integrated steamer and wok burner.

Some come along, meet the team and learn more about Sub-Zero & Wolf. You’ll have the opportunity to taste the innovative and fresh dishes, while enjoying a glass of wine as you relax and enjoy the demonstration.

Join Sub-Zero & Wolf and chef Aldo Zilli for an unforgettable evening of superb food, wine and company - Aldo style!

Aldo will prepare a five course meal especially for you in the stunning new Sub-Zero & Wolf Subterranean Studio, along with specially chosen wines to complement the meal, followed by coffee or tea.

You can even enjoy a brandy and cigar in the Winston Churchill Cigar Room, if you you so desire.

Choose from hiring the whole Sub-Zero & Wolf Subterranean Studio for your own private party or purchase a smaller number of tickets for you and your partner or a small group of friends. If you have a specific date in mind and would like to hire the whole venue for a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
