Now available in a seamless, sleek, black glass finish, equally at home in a contemporary or traditional setting.

Available in classic stainless steel or black glass, Wolf E Series Built-In Ovens feature dual convection fans and ten cooking modes. The built-in design allows the front of the oven to be installed flush with surrounding cabinetry for a more integrated look.

Heat, airflow, exactitude
We believe that 375° should be 375° everywhere. Most ovens can’t deliver; they have hot and cool spots. Wolf dual convection ovens are dramatically different. Two fans and multiple heating elements control heat and airflow more precisely than less sophisticated single-convection systems. More uniform heat throughout the oven and the efficiency of circulating air around the food produce faster, more consistent, more predictably delicious results for your baking, roasting, and broiling.

Designed by cooks, for cooks
Wolf is the cooking specialist. And because cooking is all we do, we think not only of big high-tech innovations but the smaller details that make cooking more enjoyable and the results more delicious. Bright halogen oven lights that help you truly judge how a dish is progressing. Simple control panels that explain themselves.
Oven doors that glide shut, so your cakes and soufflés don’t flop. Racks that slide without chattering, including one full-extension rack that slides out, firmly anchored by the oven door, for basting.

  • " My favourite appliance is the CT36G five burner gas cooktop from Wolf because it is uncomplicated and easy to use. It is really simple to fire up and offers the most precise temperature control due to dual stacked, sealed burners which allow you to alternate between different temperatures. "

Galton Blackiston, Michelin starred chef and owner of Morston Hall
  • " I have always found the Wolf brand first class, dependable and so easy to use, which is essential when cooking in a fast-pace environment like a busy restaurant kitchen. I chose the Dual Fuel Range with the charbroiler and griddle as it gives me the best of both worlds, with gas hobs for excellent temperature control and a dual convection electric oven. The fact that there are eight cooking modes, which provide four different heat sources within the same oven also greatly attracted me. This function means I can roast, proof bread and griddle using the same appliance. It also reduces cooking time and gives even browning without drying out the food. "

James Martin, chef and TV presenter
  • " Wolf makes the best kitchen kit. I truly believe this. I’ve been making chocolate truffles for years and never has it been easier than on my electric hob. I am no longer prey to the risk of chocolate burning and can make hundreds every weekend if I want. Making custard is a total delight rather than the normal, slightly hair-raising experience. "

Thomasina Miers, winner of Masterchef 2005 and owner of
    Wahaca chain of restaurants
  • " My Wolf Gas Range (R486G) is one of the most precise instruments in my kitchen. The six separate burners can go from the lowest flame for simmering and melting to a strong searing heat for the utmost control. The griddle gives me the flexibility to cook directly on the temperature control surface which is great for breakfasts, pancakes and even scallops and delicate white fish. "

Antony Worrall Thompson, chef and TV presenter
  • " Sub-Zero & Wolf has revolutionised my home. We have a beautiful kitchen but now thanks to Sub-Zero & Wolf it is fully functional at the highest possible standard. Wolf allows fantastic control and is as close to industrial performance as possible. My 7 year old loves the fridge and checks the refrigerator every morning. I think it’s his favourite toy. "

Simon Rimmer chef and TV presenter
