What’s better than one high profile gastronomic icon cooking in your kitchen? Well, two would be doubly good!
And that’s exactly what our exclusive VIP Sub-Zero & Wolf supper club guests experienced when restaurateur Mark Hix and award winning food writer Tom Parker Bowles, cooked up a very special, seasonal four course dinner at our award winning Knightsbridge showroom.
VIP guests from the world of interiors and design included Janine and Gideon Stone, Vanessa Brady OBE and Monique and Staffan Tollgard.
Mark and Tom treated the guests to an internationally inspired array of dishes which included Sutton Farm Alliums with Black Cow Cheddar fritters, a crispy duck and watermelon salad, followed by a red legged partridge tagine.
Dessert was a beautifully presented sea buckthorne blancmange.
Tom Parker Bowles has just launched his new cookbook, Let’s Eat Meat and Mark Hix is currently working on ideas for his new book.
