Shaun always feels right at home at the Sub-Zero & Wolf Subterranean Studio as he cooks on his own Wolf Dual Fuel range at his Jersey home, insists on keeping all his fresh ingredients in a Sub-Zero and of course stores his wine collection in a Sub-Zero ICB427R
Shaun made a wonderful rosemary infused focaccia, followed by a delicious starter of three hour cooked duck egg with new season asparagus, morrel mushrooms and herb sabayon. An assiette of Pork with black pudding puree followed, while a light as a feather rhubarb crumble souffle completed Shaun's perfect Spring menu.
Feedback from our guests indicates the evening was great success...
'Just a quick note to say a very big thank you for yesterday's evening soirée. You and your joint companies hospitality was flawless.
The food, surroundings, atmosphere and most importantly the company, was just perfect.
Thank you again for a memorable evening.'
Shaun says:
“In my family home kitchen I use only Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances. I especially enjoy the versatility of the dual fuel range which gives me extra control over my cooking and allows me to cook quality food at home with ease.”
“The beauty of Sub-Zero is the fact that it’s so efficient. The appliances work harder so that the temperature never changes, even when the door is open. There is a huge amount of room in the fridge/freezer and the layout is space efficient and functional. The automated ice cube drawer is a nice little extra too.”
“The wine storage unit has been designed to keep bottles from different grapes at the perfect serving temperature. The red wines are kept at the optimum temperature of 16 degrees and white wines at 4 degrees.
“The extraction system works hard to keep smoke and steam away from me when I’m cooking. When using the appliances I feel like they have been truly personalised for my style of cooking and ease in the kitchen. The quality exuded by Wolf products makes it a delight to cook both easy dishes for my family and extravagant dinner parties when we have guests.”
