Seasoned Islands includes over 75 of Shaun’s finest recipes, inspired by fresh produce from his home in Jersey. Shaun Rankin uses as many ingredients seasonally sourced from his ‘nine-mile-long garden’ as possible, as well as having local people growing, rearing and even catching fresh ingredients for him every day.
Shaun opened Bohemia restaurant as head chef in 2003 and the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2005, which it has retained ever since. He has since been listed as "one to watch" in the acclaimed Good Food Guide 2009 Top 40 list. |
