Pizza Bake Stone

Forget the turkey curry, create a crispy turkey pizza for a boxing day treat. Using the Wolf Bake Stone and Bake setting you’ll get quick, easy and delicious results every time.

Pizza Dough recipe

500g white flour
1 tablespoon salt
15g sachet easy blend yeast
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
150ml warm water



Preheat oven to bakestone setting
280 degrees



Blend flour & salt
Stir in yeast
Add oil – rub into flour until it resembles breadcrumbs
Stir in the water
Form a dough
Knead for five minutes
Cover with cling film
Rest for 15 mins

Divide into four and roll into circles. Top with passata, leftover turkey, vegetables you love, throw on a few herbs and top with cheese.  Bellissimo.

Remember that the bakestone needs to be preheated and placed at the bottom of the oven, whether you’re using the M Series E series or Range oven. The hotter the stone the better the pizza.

Also included is a large flat wooden handled, stainless steel paddle which allows you to easily transfer dough to the stone and remove your breads and pizzas, once baked to perfection!
The Kit also includes a rack to rest the stone on.
